Singles Realize Sharing Positive Expectations Is a Good Idea for Dating

Now, You couldn’t describe me as exactly happy being bored with most men (who isn’t?) and be 100% truthful. Even then, I’m not unhappy about it, either. I only suggest it in this blog as an ear-catching detail introducing what I am prepared to discuss honestly.

This time last week yours truly met for coffee with Stacey, considering signing up for Great Expectations Dallas. Now, I stand to my readers as a delightfully single member of the matchmaking service. No kidding, I am. It’s great! If you know me at all, you’re probably thinking, “You got some ’splainin to do, Lucy!”

Here’s how it went down, I noticed these Great Expectations Reviews and felt encouraged. They’re for quality and professional singles who know dating doesn’t have to be so frivolous and stupid.

Quite frankly, I’d never been interested in this silly social phenomenon my friends and my family have christened “dating.” I faced it all the time. Day and night they pester, “You’re still single? ” and “You should date!”

“Nonsense,” I reply, smiling ear to ear. “Not after that last blind date you set me up on.”

“Don’t be silly,” they reply. “You haven’t dated in a year, you wouldn’t know!”

That’s just my sister (on a good day) :-P Trisha Wilson. She pours rational thought directly to my core to put me back on course. Friends never fail . No countering that, so I signed up.

Coming home to the theme of this post. As I selected from hundreds of quality singles for my first Great Expectations date, I acknowledged something true. For years, I hadn’t entertained any figurative great expectations for dating and myself in the serendipitous path of life. Single life has its perks, specifically when you get out there and have fun. Embracing your own great expectations makes a difference for those who believe.
